NOW Flax Oil from organic flax seeds delivers the natural nutrient profile found in genuine whole foods and is non-GMO, cold-pressed, and unrefined. Flax oil abounds in omega-3 fatty acids, principally alpha-linolenic acid. Our oil is tested to have between 55-65% of this valuable fatty acid.
- VEGETARIAN OMEGA-3/ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS: Take 1 tablespoon 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals.
- COLD PRESSED AND UNREFINED/FROM ORGANIC FLAX SEEDS: Suitable in salad dressing oil, sauces, peanut butter, yogurt, and protein shakes; it can also be used in place of butter on rice, potatoes, or toast.
