How To Make Your Personalized Blend

This focus kit has 3 flower remedies that can be taken individually, combined together or mixed with other Bach remedies to create a personal blend that works in harmony with your body.

1. Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full (empty Bach 30mL mixing bottle sold separately).

2. Add 2 drops of each remedy to the mixing bottle. Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.

3. Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day.
